Wavertree Park in Liverpool, is characterized by an interesting layout: in the park, there is a wall surrounding the an old botanic garden. Then in the garden, there is another historical wall. The wall is the remnant of an old Herbarium that was destroyed in the Second World War. This layout gave birth to the concept of this museum: Wall in the wall.
